Please take care when trying on your items as we do not accept returns with snags, tears, make up, tan marks or damage in line with our policy. All items must be returned to us undamaged, in their original packaging with all labels and safe tape fully intact.
You have 14 days from receiving your order to register a return, and any items sent back must be received by us within 28 days of when they were first received by you.

5 Simple Steps
Step 1
Begin by entering your order number on our Happy Returns portal then follow with your zipcode.
Step 2
Select the item from your order that you wish to return.
Step 3
Select the reason why you would like to return the item.
Step 4
Pick the Returns Bar that suits you most.
Step 5
Download and save the QR code to your phone, then take the parcel to your chosen drop-off location within 5 days of creating the return. This will be processed immediately.
RETURNS FAQ
DO I HAVE TO PAY TO RETURN AN ITEM?
We offer a return shipment cost for US orders, which covers the cost to return back to the UK, Duties & Taxes as well as insurance for the shipment. Please note we do not refund any original shipping charges. The fee is processed through our returns portal and will be deducted from your total refunded amount. If you would prefer to return the item using your own method, you are responsible for arranging the shipment and covering the necessary fees.
CAN I RETURN MULTIPLE ORDERS IN ONE PARCEL?
Unfortunately, separate orders cannot be returned together in one parcel. Please return each order separately. Failure to do so will still result in multiple returns fees, and a delay to your overall return being processed.
I RECEIVED A FAULTY ITEM. WILL I BE CHARGED FOR THE RETURN?
In the rare occasion that this happens please get in touch with our team within 24 hours of receiving your order. Our Customer Care team will investigate and get this resolved for you.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?
Once we have received your parcel, please allow up to 10 working days for us to process your refund to the original payment method minus the return shipping fee. Refunds can take 5-10 working days to show in your account depending on your payment provider. Please contact your payment provider for more information.
We will send you an email when your return has been processed. We will notify you if any items are rejected as return as they are deemed in unsaleable/ineligible for refund. Please make sure you’re only returning items that are eligible for refund.
Please note that we cannot be held responsible for any lost parcels. We advise that you keep hold of your returns tracking number until your refund has been processed.
CAN I EXCHANGE AN ITEM?
At this moment, we don’t offer exchanges, but we’re always working on new solutions to offer our customers.
