Great news, you are entitled to our standard free delivery service on orders over $100. (US ONLY)
Standard delivery operates weekdays Mon - Fri 8am to 7pm. To ensure you get all your goods before the weekend, please place your order by Tuesday 1pm GMT to receive by Friday at the latest.
Unfortunately, we do not currently offer a Saturday service.
Need that item asap? Next working day delivery needs to be placed by 12pm GMT.
Next day delivery is only for the next working day, so if you’ve placed an order on Friday after 1pm GMT or on the weekend, then you’ll receive it on the following Tuesday.
Sundays, Bank holidays and public holidays are for resting, so any next day deliveries placed on these days will be despatched on the next working day and delivered to the customer the following day.
*Delivery excludes Alaska, Guam, Hawaii, Northern Mariana Islands, Puerto Rico and the Virgin Islands.
All our deliveries are handled by DHL and reliability is key, which is why we use a signed-for delivery service.
Please make sure you or someone you know will be present either at a home or work address to accept your delivery. If no-one is in we’ll make sure we leave a card so that a re-delivery can be arranged, or you can collect from the depot.
For both free and paid deliveries, you will need to make sure that you cover any ingoing customs or taxes costs should any be incurred when shipping to your destination.
Please don’t refuse a delivery. Unfortunately, refused deliveries will incur a cost of the original delivery plus the return cost. Any refund made will be minus the total delivery and return cost in the case of refused deliveries.
At Club L we understand that sometimes you may need to return your item and we are happy to refund any unwanted items providing they are returned to us within 14 days of receipt in their original condition.

How To Return
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item(s).
Please make sure you return your item(s) within 14 days of receipt on a tracked service and please retain your proof of postage until your item has been refunded.

Please take extra care when trying on as we cannot accept returns with make up or tan marks, snags or damage caused to the item through trying on or item minus garment tags or security tape.
Due to hygiene reasons we do not accept returns on any Nakey Nakey products, Earrings, Cosmetics, Swimwear or Face masks.
Items purchased in the sale or as part of a Bundle offers are final sale and are non-returnable.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
When Will I Receive My Refund?
Once we have received your parcel, please allow up to 10 working days for us to process your refund.
All refunds will be processed to the original payment and you will receive an email once refunded.
Any items deemed in an unsaleable/ineligible for refund (not returned in their original condition within 14 days or receipt, damaged, soiled or with tags or security tape removed) will be rejected as a return and the customer will be notified by email.
Please note that we cannot be held responsible for any lost parcels and we advise that you keep hold of your returns tracking number and postage receipt until your refund has been processed.
I’ve Lost My Returns Form
If you have misplaced your returns form please ensure that you include a note in the parcel with your returned item with your name, order number, reason for return and the items you wish to return.
CUSTOMS & DUTIES
Any customs charges are applied at the discretion of the carrier and local laws and all customs charges will be payable by the customer and will not be covered by Club L London.
For more accurate information, we’d suggest getting in touch with your local customs office, so you’re not surprised if there are any unexpected delivery charges at your end.
If you need to pay a customs charge the delivery partner will contact you directly once they have your parcel to collect payment. This fee will be charged regardless of the price of your parcel and we can't control these charges.
We’d hate for you to not receive your order so please make sure that the shipping address is correct as we’re unable to redirect orders once they’re on their way to you.
