Returning items couldn’t be simpler with our step-by-step guides tailored to each destination and you have 14 days from receiving your order to send any items back to us.

 

Please return items in their original condition, unworn and with all their tags and hygiene strips intact. We cannot accept returns on pierced earrings, cosmetics, swimwear and lingerie.

Please note that orders placed on our USA site to the United States of America will need to returned using Happy Returns. Click here to visit the portal.

STEP 1


Register your return with Happy Returns

 

Go to our Happy Returns portal then enter your order number (e.g. #US123456) and zip code or email address. Please make sure to enter everything as it appears on your order confirmation. Select the items you’d like to return as well as your reasons for sending them back to us.

 

 


*Please note we cannot accept returns for pierced earrings, cosmetics and lingerie.


STEP 2


Get your QR code

 
You will be emailed a QR code that will be scanned at the Happy Returns Bar, no printer or packaging required.  

 

 


STEP 3


Drop off the return


Take your parcel to the nearest Happy Returns Bar then show your QR code at the drop off location. The Returnista will verify the items, their quantity and finally submit the return.

 


STEP 4


Receive a quick refund


Using Happy Returns Bar allows us to immediately process your refund to your original payment method. Please be patient as it may take up to 5 business days for the refund to clear with your bank. A returns fee will be charged, this will be deducted from your refund amount.

STEP 1


Re-pack your items


Make sure to include: order number, your name and address, product name of the item you are returning.

 


STEP 2


Get your return label or QR code

 
Go to our returns portal and fill in your details. You need to pay the return shipment fee at this stage. You can either print your label at home or generate QR code to get it printed at a drop off location.

STEP 3


Drop off the return


Take your parcel to the nearest drop off location within 5 days. If you’d like to have your label printed at the drop off location, show your QR code to the shop attendant. Make sure to retain your proof of postage.

 


STEP 4


Receive your refund


Shipping to our facility can take 3-5 weeks. Once the parcel is returned our team can take up to a further 10 working days to process your return. You will receive an email once we process your refund. Refunds can take 5-10 working days to show in your account depending on your payment provider.

Re-pack your items


Please include the order number, your full name and address and the product name of the item you are returning inside the parcel.

 


STEP 2


Get your return label or QR code

 

Take the parcel to your local post office or chosen delivery company with the following return address attached:

STEP 3


Receive your refund


Once we’ve received your return, it will take up to 10 business days to be processed and following this, we'll send a refund notification to your preferred email address. Please note that refunds can take 5-10 business days to show on your account depending on your payment provider.

 

Download your QR code or print and attach your returns label. Take the parcel to your chosen drop-off location within 5 days of creating the return and make sure to retain your proof of postage.

FAQs

 

DO I HAVE TO PAY TO RETURN AN ITEM?

 

If you’d like to return an item from the USA a returns fee will be deducted from your refund amount. If you’d like to return an item from Canada you will be charged for the returns shipping label. The fee is processed through our returns portal and is payable when you’re starting the returns process.

 

 

If you’d like to return an item from anywhere else in the world you are responsible for arranging the shipment and covering the fees. No fees are deducted from your refund.

 

 

CAN I RETURN MULTIPLE ORDERS IN ONE PARCEL?


Unfortunately, separate orders cannot be returned together in one parcel. Please return each order separately.

 

 

I RECEIVED A FAULTY ITEM. WILL I BE CHARGED FOR THE RETURN?

 

In the rare occasion that this happens, please get in touch with our team within 24 hours of receiving your item. Our Customer Care team will be in touch and get this resolved for you.

 

 

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?

 

Items returned from the US will be processed the moment they’re handed in at a Happy Returns Bar. Please note that it may take up to 5 business days for the refund to clear with your bank.

Items returned outside of the US may take up to 10 business days to be processed. We will send the refund to your original payment method and deduct a return shipping fee. Refunds can take 5-10 business days to appear in your account depending on your payment provider and we’d advise you to contact them for more information. We will send you an email once your return has been processed and we’ll also notify you if any items have been rejected. We reject items deemed to be unsaleable/ ineligible for a refund so make sure that any items you wish to return arrive back to us in their original condition. Please note that we cannot be held responsible for lost parcels. We recommend that you keep hold of your returns tracking number until your refund has been fully processed.

 

CAN I EXCHANGE AN ITEM?

 

At this moment, we don’t offer exchanges, but we’re always working on new solutions to offer our customers.

 

 

I RECEIVED A CLUB L ITEM AS A GIFT. CAN I RETURN IT?

 

You absolutely can, following our usual returns procedure. We can only refund onto the original payment method. Please make the buyer aware you are returning the item.

 

 

WHAT ITEMS ARE NOT RETURNABLE?

 

We only accept returns of items in original condition, unworn with all tags and hygiene strips attached.

 

We cannot accept returns of the following items:

 

·  Pierced jewellery, like earrings

·  Cosmetics
