14 Day Returns
At Club L London we understand that sometimes you may need to return your item and we are happy to refund any unwanted items providing they are returned to us within 14 days from receipt, in their original condition and not included in our sale.
Please note that earrings and pierced jewellery cannot be returned for health and hygiene reasons.
International returns are taking slightly longer to get back to us than normal due to the current issues around the world. We are trying our best to ensure all returns are back with us as quickly and efficiently as possible however these returns can take up to 3-5 weeks to be delivered to our distribution centre.
We've detailed our super easy return process here, just follow the three steps below to get started.
Return your parcel within 14 days of receipt.
Make sure you return your item in its original condition: Unworn with all tags / hygiene strips attached
*Please note we cannot accept returns on facemasks, Nakey Nakey products, pierced earrings or cosmetics and swimwear and lingerie.
Don't forget to include the packing slip or your details with the parcel and please retain your proof of postage.
SALE ITEMS AND BUNDLE SALE OFFERS
Please note that all sales are final on items in our sale and bundle sale offers (ie 5 for £50, 3 for £45) and no refunds will be given for these items.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?
Once we have received your parcel, please allow up to 10 working days for us to process your refund to the original payment method minus any shipping charges and handling fees if using our Easy Returns Method. We will notify you when this has been done.
Any items deemed in an unsaleable/ineligible for refund (not returned in their original condition within 14 days or receipt, damaged, soiled or with tags or security tape removed) will be rejected as a return and the customer will be notified by email. We do not accept returns on Nakey Nakey products. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Please note that we cannot be held responsible for any lost parcels. We advise that you keep hold of your returns tracking number until your refund has been processed.
I HAVE LOST MY RETURNS FORM
If you have misplaced your returns form please ensure that you include a note in the parcel with your returned item with your name, order number, reason for return and the items you wish to return. For more information please contact us.
WHERE IS MY REFUND?
We will process your refund within 10 working days of receipt of the goods minus any shipping charges if using our Easy Returns Method. We will send you an email to confirm your refund has been processed.
Please note that refunds can take 5-10 working days to show in your account depending on your payment provider. Please contact your payment provider for more.

Though we strive to refund all returns within 10 working days of receipt, we are experiencing delays due to increased Covid-19 restrictions and hold-ups from our shipping partners. This, along with bank holidays, may result in an increased time period for your returns to be processed over the festive period. Please be assured that we expect to honour our returns window of 10 working days from January the 7th 2022 onwards. We appreciate your patience at this time.
