Babe, it’s simple! All you need to do is create an account with us. If you have an account already, you’re automatically enrolled.

How do I earn style points?

You can earn point by signing up (yes, it’s really that easy!), referring friends, making purchases and more… to find out all the ways you can earn head to the rewards page in your account.

Is there a limit to how many style points I can earn?

There’s no limit on how many style points you can earn with us! But remember… your points expire after 1 year, so don’t wait around!

What are reward vouchers?

Have enough points? Turn the points into reward vouchers worth $5, $10, $25 or $50 in our rewards section then use your voucher at checkout.

How does refer a friend work?

You can refer a friend by email, WhatsApp or through our social media channels. Simply sign into your account, go to Refer a Friend and select your way to share the Club L love!

What happens if my friend cancels or returns their order?

Your Refer a Friend points will be pending until your friend’s order is confirmed, if an order is cancelled they will be removed from your account.

What does approval, pending and cancelled mean?

Approved: This means the points are all yours, babe! These points can be redeemed on reward vouchers.

Pending: Not too long to wait, we just need to verify your points before they can be redeemed.

Cancelled: These points will not be added to your account. These will change from pending to cancelled if a purchase is cancelled.

Why has my account balance gone down ?

Don’t worry, it happens! This could be because an order has been cancelled or returned by you or a friend you referred.
