1. Introduction

1.1 The "Win Your Bridesmaids Dresses & Experience a day at the Club L Bridal Atelier" competition is organised by Club L London

1.2 By entering this competition, all participants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2. Eligibility

2.1 The Competition is open to individuals aged 18 or over, who have booked their wedding day.

2.2 Entrants must be residents of UK to qualify for the chance to experience the Club L Bridal Atelier & win their chosen bridesmaid dresses. International entrants will also qualify for a chance to win their chosen bridesmaids dresses (see prize section for more information).

2.3 Employees of Club L London, their immediate family members, or anyone connected with the Competition are not eligible to enter.

3. Entry Requirements

3.1 To enter, participants must complete and submit the entry form, providing the following information:

· Full name

· Location

· Wedding date

· Wedding location

· Email address

· Phone number

· Number of bridesmaids

· Colour scheme

3.2.  UK Entries must also confirm agreement to the following:

· Confirmation of availability on 26th April for Bride & Bridesmaids to travel to The Midland Hotel in Manchester.

· Confirmation the Bride & Bridesmaids will cover their own travel expenses to get to The Midland Hotel in Manchester.

 

3.3 International Entries must also confirm agreement to the following:

· Confirmation of understanding the international winners will receive bridesmaid dresses for their bridal party as well as a curated bridal box.

· Confirmation of shipping address and any additional information required for delivery of the prize.

 

3.4 Incomplete or inaccurate entries may be disqualified at Club L London’s discretion. 3.5 Entries must be submitted by 31st March. Entries received after this date will not be considered.

 

4. Winner Selection and Notification

4.1 The winners will be selected at random by Club L London and will include 3 winners from the UK to be invited to the Club L Bridal Atelier and win their bridesmaid dresses and 3 international winners that will receive the Club L curated bridal and their bridesmaid dresses. All winners will receive up to 5 bridesmaid dresses free of charge. 4.2 The winners will be notified via email or phone within 5 days after the closing date. 4.3 If the chosen winners do not respond within 48 hours, Club L London reserves the right to select replacement winners.

5. Prize

5.1 The UK prize: 3 winning brides and their bridesmaids (up to 5 bridesmaids) will be invited to the Club L London Bridal Atelier held at The Midland Hotel in Manchester. The bridal parties will have the opportunity to try on their chosen bridesmaid dresses and pick their winning style(s) in their chosen colours and sizes (subject to availability).

5.2 International prize: 3 winning brides will win up to 5 bridesmaid dresses each in their selected colour scheme and sizes (subject to availability). In additional to the bridesmaid dresses each international winning bride will receive a curated bridal gift box.

5.3 The dresses will be provided in the agreed-upon colour scheme and sizes as submitted in the entry form.

 5.4 The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any alternative.

5.5 The availability of dress sizes for winners is subject to stock levels at the time of prize fulfilment. Sizes may vary based on product type, fabric or design specifications. We do not guarantee that all sizes will be available, and winners may be required to select from the available sizes. If a winner’s preferred size is unavailable, we reserve the right to offer an alternative size or a similar item of equal value at our discretion. No cash alternative, refunds, or exchanges will be provided for unavailable sizes. By entering the competition, participants acknowledge and accept these terms regarding size availability.

5.6 Club L London is not responsible for any alterations or modifications to the Bridesmaid dresses after they have been provided.

5.7 International winners are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees associated with the delivery of their prize.

6. Content Usage and Permissions

6.1 By entering the Competition, the winners agree to the following points:

·UK Winners Only: Bride & Bridesmaids consent to being photographed and filmed at the Club L Bridal Atelier.

· Provide Club L London with full access to wedding photos that feature the bridesmaids’ dresses.

· Grant Club L London full and unrestricted rights to use, edit, and distribute images and videos captured from the wedding day for promotional purposes across all Club L London channels.

· Permit Club L London to publish content related to the competition, including images of the dresses and the Club L Atelier, on social media before the wedding day.

· Tag Club L London official social media accounts when posting any user-generated content (UGC) featuring the dresses or other elements of the prize.

· Allow Club L London to repurpose winners content across site, organic, CRM, and paid media channels to amplify campaign reach.

6.2 The winners confirm that they have obtained the necessary permissions from photographers, bridesmaids, and any other relevant parties to grant these rights.

7. Data Protection and Privacy

7.1 By entering participants agree to the collection and processing of their personal data in accordance with General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) (EU & UK) and UK Data Protection Act 2018.

7.2 Club L London will only use personal data for the purposes of administering the Competition and will not share it with third parties without prior consent.

7.3 Participants have the right to request access, correction, or deletion of their personal data by contacting privacy@clubllondon.com.

7.4 International entrants acknowledge that their personal data may be processed outside the UK for the purposes of prize fulfilment and delivery.

8. General Conditions

8.1 Club L London reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the Competition if necessary due to unforeseen circumstances.

8.2 The Competition complies with the CAP Code and Consumer Protection from Unfair Trading Regulations 2008, ensuring fairness and transparency.

8.3 Club L London is granted full rights under the Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988 to use submitted images for promotional purposes, and participants must ensure all necessary permissions are obtained.

8.4 Club L London accepts no liability for any issues arising from participation in the Competition or the use of the prize.

9. Governing Law

9.1 These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England & Wales.

 9.2 Any disputes arising from or related to the Competition shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England & Wales.
