WHAT DOES PRE-ORDER MEAN?

With pre-order, you can shop your favourite Club L pieces early. Prior to ordering, we’ll let you know the estimated dispatch date at the checkout.

Please also note that pre-order dispatch dates are subject to change. Your order may be dispatched earlier than anticipated or there may be a slight delay. For the most up to date information, please refer to the item product page on our website.

WHY SHOULD I PRE-ORDER AN ITEM?

Most of our collections are limited edition, so purchasing an item on pre-order guarantees that you will receive the piece you have your eye on before it is gone.

WHEN WILL MY PRE-ORDER ITEM ARRIVE?

An estimated dispatch date will be shown at the time of purchase. We will send a shipping confirmation email once the item has been dispatched from our warehouse.

HOW DO I KNOW IF AN ITEM IS ON PRE-ORDER?

All pre-order items are clearly marked as “pre-order” on site and include an estimated dispatch date. This is displayed on the product page and when you checkout.

WHEN DO I HAVE TO PAY?

Full payment is taken at checkout to secure your chosen size and style.

ARE PRE-ORDER ITEMS REFUNDABLE?

We hope you love your purchase, but if you change your mind our usual returns policy applies. See our Returns Portal for more details.

WILL PRE-ORDER ITEMS BE SHIPPED WITH MY OTHER ORDERS?

If you place an order for items that are available and pre-order items at the same time, available items will be shipped within our standard shipping timeframe and pre-order items will follow.

IS THERE A LIMIT ON PURCHASING PRE-ORDER ITEMS?

There are no restrictions on purchasing pre-order items. To find your perfect fit, refer to our size guide and product information.

HOW DO I KNOW IF AN ITEM IS BEING RESTOCKED?

To find out first when the style you love is back in stock, visit the product page, select your size and sign up for back in stock notifications. We’ll let you know first as soon as it arrives back in our warehouse.
