Love love love this red dress! It is made with a stretchy fabric that allows a snug fit for not just the waist, but the bust as well. I usually can’t fit the bust if I fit the waist. I’m 5’4” and weigh 108 pounds. I measure 35 bust, 25 waist and 32 hips. I purchased a size 4 and it fit perfectly.
