Burgundy Bandeau Maxi Dress With Satin Skirt And Corset

I ordered a size 6 to wear in Italy for my daughter’s wedding. I wish I had sized down. I followed the measurement instructions but the dress was definitely a size too big and had to be altered. For reference I am 5’7 129 lb. I was surprised to learn the bottom was a different fabric than the top, so be aware. Also, the colour is slightly lighter than the picture on line and reads a ‘little’ peach. All of that being said, the dress was absolutely gorgeous! I received many compliments and I was beyond thrilled with the quality and style.

If you're on the fence, go with your instinct and purchase! I wore this to a black tie wedding and it was fantastic. The corset sucks you in without the typical strappy back - it's more like a strap on the inside of the dress to pull you in and then it's covered once you zip up the dress. It's true to size - I would only size down if your torso is verry slim. Very flattering, the top is polyester and the skirt portion of the dress is satin. Got so many compliments!
